Dr. Westrick treats patients with upper and lower limb fractures, pelvic and acetabular fractures, periarticular fractures (fractures near joints), foot and ankle fractures, and those who require repair of nonunion and malunion (fractures that have problems healing), revision arthroplasty, failed arthroplasty, arthroplasty infections, or failed hip or knee surgery requiring arthroplasty.

Dr. Westrick received the Outstanding Senior Resident Award during his residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and was editor of The Pittsburgh Orthopaedic Journal from 2011 to 2012. He completed his fellowship training at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, specializing in Orthopaedic trauma. He is actively involved in clinical and biomechanics research. He is the Co-Director of Orthopaedic Trauma and Assistant Fellowship Director at Allegheny General Hospital. Dr. Westrick has clinical interests in limb salvage and custom 3D printed implants.
