Jaclyn Guarino is a certified registered family nurse practitioner specializing in primary care. She focuses on same-day acute care needs and chronic disease such as diabetes, hypertension, migraines, and obesity. She performs a number of procedures including cerumen removal and suture/stable removal. She provides rapid point-of-care testing for strep, mono, influenza, and urinary tract infections so patients know the results in minutes. As a primary care nurse practitioner, she likes to get to know her patients and their families to create a good rapport for continuity of care.
