Mary Elizabeth Burriss, MD

Mary Elizabeth Burriss, MD, is an OB-GYN with AHN Women, specializing in patient-centered contraception and pregnancy care. She is skilled at performing minimally invasive complex gynecologic surgery.

She went to medical school at Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia. She did her residency at UPMC Magee-Womens Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and completed her fellowship in advanced pelvic surgery at Augusta University in Augusta, Georgia.

Dr. Burriss is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is associated with the American Osteopathic Association and the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is dedicated to listening to patient’s needs and determining the best plan of care together. She provides OB-GYN care for patients of all ages.
