Dr. Kulzer went to medical school at Pennsylvania State College of Medicine in Hershey, Pennsylvania. He did his residency and his fellowship in neuroradiology at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Kulzer is certified by the American Board of Radiology in Diagnostic Radiology, with an additional certification in Neuroradiology. He welcomes patients of all ages.
