Molly A Fisher, MD, MS
Dr. Fisher is the Director of Women’s Health of the Medicine Institute of AHN. She is interested in providing great care to women and transgender patients. She became a doctor in order to provide care that considers the whole person and improves their lives.
She received her medical degree from the University of Colorado, Denver, and went on to earn a master’s degree in medical education at the University of Pittsburgh, PA. She completed a residency in internal medicine from the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, focusing on women’s health, and then became a chief resident. Her fellowship in internal medicine and women’s health was at the University of Pittsburgh and the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, where she was an Academic Clinician Educator Scholar. She has educated medical students and residents for several years in various capacities.
She is board-certified in internal medicine, and is a member of the American Medical Association, the Society of General Internal Medicine, and the American College of Physicians.
She has published numerous articles, presented multiple abstracts for research, and has given oral presentations on a variety of topics to medical audiences around the country.
