Siobhan D. Kobal, CRNP, is a certified nurse practitioner who specializes in pulmonary issues. Her clinical interests include COPD and asthma.

She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Penn State University in University Park, Pennsylvania and her Master of Science in Nursing from Clarion University in Clarion, Pennsylvania.
