Dr. Tadahiro Uemura
Dr. Tadahiro Uemura is a distinguished transplant surgeon and the System Director of the AHN Center for Abdominal Transplantation and Hepatobiliary Surgery. He is also a Professor of Surgery at Drexel University School of Medicine.
With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Uemura specializes in liver, kidney, and pancreas transplantation, with expertise in living donor liver transplantation and advanced liver surgery.
Dr. Uemura completed fellowships at Jackson Memorial Hospital and Baylor University Medical Center. Board-certified in General Surgery and Abdominal Transplantation, Dr. Uemura demonstrates his commitment to advancing the field through an extensive publication record of over 100 articles and active membership in national and international transplant societies.
