Zdzislaw Chorazy, MD, FACS, is a board-certified urologist with over 20 years of experience. He specializes in General Urology and sees patients aged 18 and up. Dr. Chorazy is fluent in English, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian, and Spanish. He is a member of the American Board of Urology and the American College of Surgeons. He received his medical degree from Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland, and completed his residency at Saint Vincent/Hamor Residency Program.
